I have been ranked and recommended in legal publications as a leading employment lawyer.

I am a qualified workplace mediator.

I am a legal trainer and presenter.

I sit on the management committee of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA)

I am the Editor of ELA Briefing.

I am an Employment Law Appeal Advice Scheme (ELAAS) representative.

I was previously a Training Principal.

I am a former President of a Chamber of Commerce.
